Bamboo Bodies™ General Membership Subscription Agreement
This Membership Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Body401k™ Inc. and the purchaser (“Subscriber”) of the Bamboo Bodies™ Membership Monthly Subscription.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Bamboo Bodies™ Membership, Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subscription Terms & Agreement
Bamboo Bodies™ is a recurring monthly subscription program that provides digital movement training, educational content, community access, and related materials.
By enrolling, Subscriber agrees to participate in an ongoing subscription that remains active until canceled by Subscriber in accordance with this Agreement.
Trial Period and Billing Authorization
Upon enrollment, Subscriber is granted a fourteen (14) day satisfaction trial period.
If Subscriber cancels within fourteen (14) days of initial enrollment, Subscriber is entitled to a full refund of the initial $47 payment.
After the fourteenth (14th) day following purchase, Subscriber’s initial payment becomes non-refundable and Subscriber expressly authorizes Provider to charge the Subscriber’s designated payment method $47 per month on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.
Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that:
- Bamboo Bodies™ is not a one-time purchase;
- Billing is automatic and recurring;
- Charges will continue unless Subscriber cancels.
Cancellation and Termination of Access
Subscriber may cancel the Membership at any time by logging into their account and selecting Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing [email protected] .
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle Subscriber to a refund for any past or current billing period.
Upon cancellation:
- Subscriber’s account will be deactivated;
- All access to Bamboo Bodies™ content, videos, recordings, community spaces, and materials will be terminated;
- Subscriber acknowledges that all content access exists only while subscription remains active.
Program Availability
Subscriber acknowledges that the Bamboo Bodies™ Online Program is a digital service subject to updates, changes, and platform availability.
Provider does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of any specific class, recording, instructor, or feature;
- Permanent access to any material;
- That all content will remain available indefinitely.
Access exists only during an active subscription.
Medical Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
Subscriber understands that Bamboo Bodies™ includes physical movement, neuro-based movement training, self-massage, balance exercises, and other physical activities.
Subscriber affirms that they:
- Are physically capable of participating;
- Have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary;
- Participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
Subscriber agrees to assume all risk of injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation and releases Body401k™ Inc., Bamboo Bodies™, its officers, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from all liability arising from participation.
Educational Purpose Only
Subscriber acknowledges that Bamboo Bodies™ provides general wellness and movement education only. It does not provide medical care, physical therapy, psychological counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.
No information provided through the Program creates a provider-patient or therapist-client relationship.
Intellectual Property and License
All Bamboo Bodies™ content—including videos, exercises, curricula, manuals, recordings, branding, and community content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Body401k™ Inc. and is protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
Subscriber is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for personal use during an active subscription.
Subscriber may not reproduce, record, distribute, share, teach, sell, sublicense, copy, or create derivative works from any Program Materials.
Unauthorized use constitutes material breach and will result in immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action.
Confidentiality and Community Conduct
Subscriber agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by other members and by Provider.
Subscriber shall not record, copy, or distribute any community discussions, group calls, or shared materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Program, including physical injury, loss of data, loss of access, or dissatisfaction.
Subscriber’s sole remedy is cancellation of the subscription.
Arbitration and Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Missoula, Montana, under Montana law. Subscriber waives the right to bring or participate in any class action.
Acceptance
By enrolling in Bamboo Bodies™, Subscriber affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and that this document governs their participation.
